HeyRider roadmap: from choosing a sport to a great lesson

HeyRider is being built to make it easier to find an instructor, compare activities, and book a lesson safely. This roadmap shows what is already available and what we are planning next for students, instructors, and schools.

A sustainable platform model

Growth built around successful lessons

The intended model uses commission on completed, paid lessons, with no fee for simply creating a profile. Students get clear booking prices, while instructors and schools face a cost tied to lessons they actually deliver. Fees will begin only after the platform has proven useful to both sides.

Terms and pricing will be published at least 60 days before fees start. The first instructors and schools will receive more favorable transition terms.

    From a first try to regular training, it starts with the right match.

    Booking and payment without the stress

    Less chasing bank transfers, more time to get ready for the lesson.

    • Students pay online and immediately see the payment status
    • The instructor or school receives the payout without tracking transfers manually
    • Cancellations, refunds, and disputes follow a clear support path
  3. Next

    A beta where riders actually are

    We start in selected spots so it is easier to find a lesson that is genuinely available.

    • Launch selected locations and sports instead of an empty nationwide directory
    • Test the whole journey from finding a time to completing the lesson
    • Let feedback from students, instructors, and schools shape each improvement
  4. After value is proven

    Fees only after a completed lesson

    Students know the full price, and partners pay HeyRider only when they earn.

    • Commission applies only to a completed, paid lesson
    • No mandatory subscription for an instructor or school getting started
    • Everyone can see the lesson price, payment costs, and final payout

    More tools for those who want them

    An optional plan only for features that genuinely save time or help grow an offer.

    • Active instructors and schools can choose a lower commission
    • Schools get better reports, analytics, and team tools
    • Students benefit from fresher availability and smoother booking support

    More spots, more sports

    We expand only after it is easy to find a great lesson in the first locations.

    • Add new locations together with local instructors and schools
    • Make it easier to find an open time, even at short notice
    • Go international only with a model already proven by riders in Poland

When will commission start?

A proven booking journey comes before monetization

The decision will reflect the quality of the whole journey, from finding a lesson to receiving a safe payout. Account registrations alone will not trigger fees.
